About the role

  • Prospect within the existing client base for up-selling and cross-selling opportunities across Benner’s full product portfolio (Legal, Healthcare, Human Resources, ERP and BPO) to increase revenue within accounts;
  • Manage the entire sales process (pipeline and forecast);
  • Understand and participate in public procurement/tender processes;
  • Prepare consultative proposals involving high-complexity B2B negotiations, coordinating with internal teams to produce proposals that meet the agreed cost, quality and deadline standards;
  • Maintain relationships with premium clients and internal teams;
  • Conduct client visits in the public, private, and mixed-capital sectors to strengthen relationships and identify new business;
  • Perform consultative sales of software, enterprise solutions, and BPO (Outsourcing of Specialized Healthcare Services is a plus);
  • Manage client contracts: renewals, application of adjustments, and renegotiations;
  • Participate in planning workshops, events, and sales campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate or specialization courses in the areas mentioned (advantage).
  • Experience in B2B sales of software and service BPO (BPO for health insurance operators is a plus);
  • Experience in entering and managing sales CRMs;
  • Experience with stages of the sales funnel;
  • Knowledge of data analysis to prepare sales presentations for Management and Executive Leadership;
  • Strong Excel skills for preparing spreadsheets and price tables, Word for formatting high-quality proposals, and PowerPoint for preparing client presentations, in addition to general Microsoft Office proficiency;
  • Knowledge of health insurer/operator business/processes (desirable/plus);
  • Knowledge of public sector sales processes, including analysis of public tenders and documentation;
  • Good written communication and public speaking skills;
  • Availability for short-duration travel required.
