About the role

  • Lead complex implementations with autonomy, a systems perspective and a strong results focus.
  • Work directly with clients, contributing to the technical and behavioral development of the team.
  • Perform implementation and configuration of the Benner Saúde solution, remotely or on-site.
  • Conduct user interviews, gather requirements and map processes.
  • Deliver in-person or online training for implemented modules.
  • Support data migration from legacy systems.
  • Monitor the client throughout the implementation, ensuring alignment with business needs and adherence to deadlines.
  • Provide ad-hoc support via phone, email or ticketing system.
  • Assist the Project Manager in managing the schedule and resolving impediments.
  • Serve as a technical reference for the implementation team, promoting knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal processes by proposing enhancements based on field experience.
  • Actively participate in the training and mentoring of junior consultants.

Requirements

  • Senior Implementation Consultant with solid experience, strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinking and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and willingness to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Experience in the health plan/insurance segment (operadoras de saúde), either as an internal employee or as a vendor.
  • Practical experience with administrative, accounting, financial, tax, billing, sales or inventory routines.
  • Experience in implementation, support or configuration of management systems, especially in complex, multi-module environments.
  • Participation in projects involving direct client interaction, user training and the conduction of technical meetings.
  • Experience with data migration and process mapping.
  • Desirable knowledge of SQL, VBA and database logic.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, healthcare-specific solutions or integrated platforms will be considered a plus.
  • Basic understanding of system integrations and data analysis.
