About the role

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of active clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction;
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base;
  • Act in a consultative manner, understanding the challenges of law firms and in-house legal departments to propose tailored solutions;
  • Conduct regular relationship and performance review meetings (QBRs);
  • Partner with Support, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure the best customer experience;
  • Monitor performance indicators (e.g., churn, NPS, revenue expansion);
  • Map stakeholders and expand the use of the solution across the client’s legal operations;
  • Use CRM to manage the pipeline and record interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Economics, or related fields;
  • Postgraduate specialization courses in the areas mentioned (plus);
  • Experience in sales within B2B software markets and service BPOs (BPO for legal service providers will be considered an advantage);
