About the role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of active clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction;
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base;
- Act in a consultative manner, understanding the challenges of law firms and in-house legal departments to propose tailored solutions;
- Conduct regular relationship and performance review meetings (QBRs);
- Partner with Support, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure the best customer experience;
- Monitor performance indicators (e.g., churn, NPS, revenue expansion);
- Map stakeholders and expand the use of the solution across the client’s legal operations;
- Use CRM to manage the pipeline and record interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Economics, or related fields;
- Postgraduate specialization courses in the areas mentioned (plus);
- Experience in sales within B2B software markets and service BPOs (BPO for legal service providers will be considered an advantage);
