About the role
- Implement and configure the Benner solution remotely or on-site;
- Train system users;
- Provide ad-hoc support via phone, email, and ticketing systems;
- Support project managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Experience with sales, administrative, accounting, tax, finance, billing, or inventory routines;
- Experience providing support for healthcare management systems, or in system implementation/configuration;
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA is desirable;
- Proactive attitude and delivery-oriented focus.
