About the role
- Implement and configure the Benner solution remotely or on-site;
- Train system users;
- Provide ad-hoc support by phone, email, and through the system;
- Support project managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Experience with sales, administrative, accounting, tax, finance, billing, or inventory routines;
- Experience supporting healthcare management systems, or implementing/configuring systems;
- Desirable knowledge of SQL and VBA;
- Proactivity and a strong delivery focus.
