About the role
- Prospecting within the existing customer base for upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Benner’s full product portfolio (Legal, Healthcare, Human Resources, ERP and BPO) to increase revenue within accounts.
- Manage the entire sales process (pipeline and forecast).
- Understand and participate in public procurement and bidding processes.
- Prepare consultative proposals involving high-complexity B2B negotiations, coordinating with internal teams to produce proposals that meet the negotiated cost, quality and timeline standards.
- Manage relationships with premium clients and internal teams.
- Conduct client visits across public, private and mixed-capital sectors to strengthen relationships and identify new business.
- Perform consultative sales of software, corporate solutions and BPO (outsourcing of specialized healthcare services is a plus).
- Manage client contracts: renewals, application of adjustments and renegotiations.
- Participate in planning workshops, events and sales campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Economics or a related field.
- Postgraduate specialization in the areas mentioned (advantageous).
- Experience in B2B software sales and service BPO (BPO for health insurance operators is a plus).
- Experience in using and managing sales CRMs.
- Experience across stages of the sales funnel.
- Knowledge of data analysis to prepare sales presentations for Management and Executive teams.
- Strong Excel skills for preparing spreadsheets and price tables; Word for formatting high-quality proposals; PowerPoint for client presentations; and overall proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with the business/processes of health insurance operators (desirable/advantage).
- Knowledge of sales processes for the public sector, including analysis of public tenders and required documentation.
- Strong written communication and public speaking skills.
- Availability for short business trips is required.
