About the role

  • Benner's Healthcare division is constantly evolving! Our purpose is to simplify our clients’ daily operations by delivering complete solutions for managing health plan operators in both the public and private sectors.
  • As a Junior Implementation Consultant, your mission will be to implement our systems within the defined deadlines and quality standards, ensuring the best possible client experience.
  • You will be trained to carry out implementations efficiently and with high quality, working closely with the Project Manager. This is a challenging environment with significant learning opportunities and real potential for professional development.
  • Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Implementing the Benner Saúde solution remotely or on-site;
  • Configuring the system according to the client’s needs;
  • Conducting user interviews to gather requirements and map processes;
  • Delivering training on the implemented modules;
  • Supporting data migration from legacy systems;
  • Handling ad-hoc requests via phone, email, or ticketing system;
  • Assisting Project Managers in executing the implementation schedule;
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the area’s processes.

Requirements

  • We are looking for curious, committed professionals who are eager to learn. This role is suitable for candidates at the beginning of their career or making a career transition, who are interested in developing within the health technology area.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Advantageous experience/skills:
  • Experience in the health plan operator market, either as an employee or a vendor;
  • Experience with support, implementation, or configuration of management systems (especially those focused on healthcare);
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and/or VBA.
