About the role
- Collaborate with Training & Development managers to understand program content and translate it into learner-friendly formats.
- Use digital platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar tools) to design brand-compliant micro-learning assets, including job aids, quick reference guides, and reinforcement materials, that are visually engaging and serve as easy to follow learning support tools.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to identify best practices in interviewing.
- Support the Sales and Wage & Hour Interview Team in mapping and documenting the complete interview process.
- Create interview guides, workflow documentation, and support resources to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance.
Requirements
- Ability to break down new and complex information into simple, digestible learning content and/or structured workflows
- Familiarity with digital or creative platforms such as Canva, Adobe Express, PowerPoint, or similar tools, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Creativity and attention to detail in layout, formatting, and visual design
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate with HR teams, managers, and subject matter experts
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Education, or a related field
