About the role

  • Collaborate with Training & Development managers to understand program content and translate it into learner-friendly formats.
  • Use digital platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar tools) to design brand-compliant micro-learning assets, including job aids, quick reference guides, and reinforcement materials, that are visually engaging and serve as easy to follow learning support tools.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to identify best practices in interviewing.
  • Support the Sales and Wage & Hour Interview Team in mapping and documenting the complete interview process.
  • Create interview guides, workflow documentation, and support resources to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Ability to break down new and complex information into simple, digestible learning content and/or structured workflows
  • Familiarity with digital or creative platforms such as Canva, Adobe Express, PowerPoint, or similar tools, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Creativity and attention to detail in layout, formatting, and visual design
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with HR teams, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Education, or a related field
