About the role

  • Oversee the development, production and inventory management of all physical components that support the retail store environment
  • Manage the creation of retail fixtures, in-store graphics and branded elements ensuring they meet quality, cost and brand standards
  • Lead the operational processes that support store projects, including new store openings, remodels and brand initiatives
  • Oversee all third-party vendors involved in production, logistics and installation
  • Manage third-party vendor partner responsible for store fixture shipments, installations and warehousing
  • Ensure that processes and execution meet or exceed Benjamin Moore’s premium value proposition
  • Develop and maintain operational workflows and processes
  • Identify opportunities to increase process efficiency and reduce operational costs
  • Manage departmental budget

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent business experience)
  • Overall knowledge of store planning, store operations, project management
  • Experience in managing direct reports
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with adherence to deadlines; flexible to shifting priorities
  • Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet
  • Up to 10% travel may be required
