About the role
- Ensure the technology environment is secure, organized, and fully operational for all team members.
- Manage technology infrastructure, including hardware inventory and SaaS tool administration.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all internal IT needs across the organization.
- Conduct audits of hardware and third-party tools.
- Implement standardized onboarding/offboarding processes and access management policies.
- Provide technical support and maintain a ticketing system for IT support requests.
- Develop a centralized IT knowledge base and improve processes continuously.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience managing hardware inventory, SaaS platforms, and user access at scale
- Strong knowledge of password management tools (e.g., 1Password, LastPass, Keeper)
- Experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 administration
- Solid understanding of access control principles, password management best practices, and MFA implementation
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills — able to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
