About the role
- Take full ownership of the renewal lifecycle for ~85 accounts
- Actively negotiate and pivot clients from annual cycles to multi-year contracts
- Identify and close expansion opportunities
- Navigate the SaaS contracting space with precision
- Maintain impeccable Salesforce discipline
- Proactively identify at-risk accounts and stabilize relationships
- Work closely with CSMs, Professional Services, Legal, and RevOps
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in SaaS sales, renewals, or high-volume account management
- Proven ability to manage a large volume of tasks without letting details slip through the cracks
- Understanding of SaaS terms and comfort negotiating pricing, CPI increases, and multi-year commitments
- Pride in Salesforce dashboard management and data integrity
- Ability to articulate value effectively via email or C-level discovery call
- 'Roll up your sleeves' attitude and motivation to hit (and exceed) targets
