About the role

  • Take full ownership of the renewal lifecycle for ~85 accounts
  • Actively negotiate and pivot clients from annual cycles to multi-year contracts
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities
  • Navigate the SaaS contracting space with precision
  • Maintain impeccable Salesforce discipline
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and stabilize relationships
  • Work closely with CSMs, Professional Services, Legal, and RevOps

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in SaaS sales, renewals, or high-volume account management
  • Proven ability to manage a large volume of tasks without letting details slip through the cracks
  • Understanding of SaaS terms and comfort negotiating pricing, CPI increases, and multi-year commitments
  • Pride in Salesforce dashboard management and data integrity
  • Ability to articulate value effectively via email or C-level discovery call
  • 'Roll up your sleeves' attitude and motivation to hit (and exceed) targets
