About the role
- Leading the global BDR function across core markets
- Develop and drive strategies to achieve key metrics, including SALs, meetings completed, conversion rates, pipeline generation, and bookings
- Develop and execute long-term strategies to enhance the BDR function, aligning with company-wide goals and market trends
- Lead and inspire a high-performing BDR team through effective coaching, mentorship, and professional development
- Drive daily activities and quota performance management of individual metrics
- Strategize campaigns, spiffs, and approaches to meet targets
- Architect and refine the BDR working model to maximize pipeline impact
- Build and roll out BDR success plans
- Work closely with Marketing Leadership, Sales Leaders, and Revenue Operations
- Oversee the inbound BDR function
- Build and manage strategies for hiring, training, coaching, and motivating BDRs
- Build and maintain productive relationships with Sales Leaders
- Design and optimize workflows and account assignments
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS business and sales development
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing international and North American BDR teams
- Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies that align with company goals and market trends
- Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing BDR teams
- Expertise in designing and refining BDR models to maximize pipeline impact
- Proven ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams
