About the role
- Negotiate, draft, and review a variety of major agreements for Beneva
- Serve as a legal expert and advisor to internal teams
- Provide strategic legal opinions
- Coordinate and oversee internal legal professionals and external counsel
- Contribute to legislative and regulatory monitoring
Requirements
- Law degree (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent)
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant legal experience
- Deep expertise in civil law (contract law) and insurance law
- Knowledge of and experience with information technology matters
- Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
