About the role

  • Advise project owners and responsible parties on standards and best practices
  • Work with the project manager to carry out project kickoff activities
  • Perform control and monitoring activities to increase the efficiency of portfolio/project operations
  • Coordinate periodic monitoring of investments
  • Serve as the liaison between different stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (SIO), Finance, or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a project environment
  • Good knowledge of domain-specific tools: Excel, Clarity PPM
  • Familiarity with collaborative tools (e.g., Teams, JIRA, SharePoint, Mural)
  • Knowledge of data management tools (Power BI, Power Automate)
  • Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
