About the role
- Advise project owners and responsible parties on standards and best practices
- Work with the project manager to carry out project kickoff activities
- Perform control and monitoring activities to increase the efficiency of portfolio/project operations
- Coordinate periodic monitoring of investments
- Serve as the liaison between different stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (SIO), Finance, or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a project environment
- Good knowledge of domain-specific tools: Excel, Clarity PPM
- Familiarity with collaborative tools (e.g., Teams, JIRA, SharePoint, Mural)
- Knowledge of data management tools (Power BI, Power Automate)
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
