About the role

  • Provide direction and manage all activities within the business area to achieve results
  • Ensure the talent pool has the complementary skills required
  • Make and take responsibility for decisions within the scope of responsibilities
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration among teams

  • Mobilize and engage teams around medium-term plans
  • Define objectives and medium-term implementation and operational plans

Requirements

  • University degree
  • More than 10 years of relevant experience in the field and 8–10 years of people/team management experience
  • Ability to secure employee buy-in for organizational objectives
  • Experience with Agile/SAFe team practices and team management
  • Experience facilitating problem‑solving groups to propose innovative solutions
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry (an asset)
  • Advanced proficiency in French, both oral and written
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both oral and written
