About the role

  • Guide the team in understanding and applying the principles of self-organization.
  • Continuously explain and confirm that each team member understands Agile principles and practices.
  • Support and guide the team in shaping and adjusting its working processes according to its context and constraints.
  • Facilitate team workshops, identify issues, and help remove obstacles to foster collaboration and team productivity.
  • Provide support to the Product Owner (PO).
  • Improve tracking of high-visibility initiatives and projects by implementing relevant metrics and appropriate communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or an equivalent university degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in information technology, including at least three (3) years in a team leadership role as a Scrum Master.
  • Proficiency with Agile delivery methods, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
  • Advanced proficiency in French (spoken and written) and functional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
