About the role

  • Manage administration related to committees and meetings (preparation, follow-up, and documentation)
  • Analyze, improve, and automate activities related to pension plans by optimizing administrative processes, governance, and management systems
  • Design and deploy education and awareness programs on the principles and value of employer-provided pension plans
  • Deliver training, advisory activities, and educational sessions on pension plans
  • Support and advise leaders and executives in preparing presentations and meetings about pension plans
  • Provide advisory services to employees to help them prepare for retirement
  • Conduct analyses and specific tasks related to the administration of pension plans
  • Participate in various projects related to pension plans, including the implementation of a new system
  • Ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or a related discipline
  • More than three (3) years of relevant experience in pension plan administration
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
  • Strong French communication skills, both oral and written, and intermediate proficiency in English, both oral and written
  • Advanced skills in drafting and simplifying technical content
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • High aptitude and/or experience in process improvement and system optimization
  • Comfortable in an advisory role
