About the role
- Contribute to the implementation and operationalization of the data governance program
- Establish and oversee the main pillars of the company’s data strategy
- Support, advise, and build the capabilities of the data stewardship network
- Deploy the governance framework across the organization
- Contribute to defining roles and responsibilities as well as the operating model for data management and governance activities
- Participate in the design and deployment of the toolkit related to the capability model
- Recommend solutions to resolve data-related incidents
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish the foundations for master data governance and management
Requirements
- University degree in data science, business intelligence, artificial intelligence (actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, computer science), or another related field
- Minimum of ten (10) years of overall experience in a data-related area such as IT, business intelligence, administration, law, actuarial science, statistics, or equivalent
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in roles related to governance, data value realization, data protection, data management components, compliance, or operationalizing frameworks
- Expertise in data management (data protection and value realization)
- Strong knowledge of the data capability model and the interdependencies of its components
- Mastery of one or more data management methodologies and the ability to apply them at enterprise scale
- Experience defining and evolving business processes or deploying training and awareness programs
- Expertise in enterprise master data governance and management
