About the role
- Validate data integrity
- Design and analyze data for the Primary Benefits Department
- Produce productivity and performance indicators
- Analyze performance indicators and provide recommendations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational risk mitigation plans
- Act as a resource and point of contact for data and operational metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (business administration, mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, or information systems)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency in French, both written and spoken, and working proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Advanced knowledge of data management tools and software (e.g., Python, Excel)
