About the role
- Answer customer calls and assist clients who visit our service points, identify their needs, and provide customer service, including explanations of coverages, quotes, and other related inquiries.
- Advise clients and recommend suitable products to protect their belongings and provide peace of mind.
- Develop strong relationships with our clients by recommending appropriate coverages while promoting our property and casualty insurance products.
Requirements
- Have a sufficient educational background and be eligible to enroll in a program leading to an AEC (Attestation of College Studies).
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
