About the role

  • Deliver projects with international customers
  • Lead the collaboration with customers, their brokers and benefit providers globally throughout the project, as part of a cross-functional project team
  • Gather and document customer requirements, producing detailed designs that address specific customer needs while adhering to best practices
  • Work with your technical colleagues to design solutions that help customers to achieve their overall project goals, ensuring feasibility of requirements can be delivered within our technology
  • Think outside the box to identify possible risks and exceptions in the design, with the aim of producing a robust end-to-end solution
  • Deliver with a focus on achieving an excellent user experience for both employees and customer administrators alike
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Lend your expertise on customer requirements, benefits and Benifex solutions to others within the business
  • Support product development initiatives
  • Assume the role of the Benifex solution expert in sales meetings
  • Share knowledge of the technical set-up of benefits and how to integrate suppliers with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to library of best practices
  • Create lean, standardized processes for implementing benefits
  • Continuously research and grow your knowledge of the global benefit market
  • Be an internal role model for the wider consulting teams, living and breathing the high standards we expect and helping develop others to achieve the same

Requirements

  • Strong professional working proficiency in English
  • Experience working in a customer-facing requirements-gathering role within a project delivery environment
  • Experience in delivering multiple customer projects simultaneously
  • Experience with system integration projects (ideally HR or Payroll integrations)
  • Evidence of proactively driving improvements
  • A completer-finisher, someone who really takes ownership and accountability of their work
  • Someone who frequently challenges the ‘status quo’ as well as removing external and internal barriers by identifying effective solutions
  • Effective communicator: comfortable communicating complex, often technical, points in ways appropriate to audiences that may vary from non-technical to highly technical, and through various verbal and written methods
  • Ability to skilfully navigate difficult conversations with fairness and empathy
