About the role
- Lead the design, data collection, analysis, and reporting of a comprehensive baseline study
- Generate data on WPS integration in local development plans and PPAs
- Analyze findings and produce a Baseline Report with key results, gaps, and practical recommendations
- Provide technical guidance and actionable recommendations for project strategy and programming
- Uphold and promote RI’s commitment to safeguarding and the protection of vulnerable communities
- Work directly with the Project Manager and MEAL Coordinator to ensure alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or preferably master's degree in social sciences, Development Studies, Peace and Conflict Studies, Gender Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading baseline, midline, or endline assessments for development or peacebuilding programs
- Demonstrated expertise in gender-sensitive research, conflict analysis, and participatory methodologies
- Familiarity with the NAPWPS and local governance structures in the Philippines
- Proven ability to produce high-quality analytical reports
- Strong coordination and facilitation skills with multi-stakeholder groups
- Willingness to travel to project areas
