Compliance

• Lead end-to-end awards management: Oversee award negotiation, agreement review, start-up, compliance frameworks, and closeout processes to ensure strategic alignment and risk mitigation across Country Offices and Support office
• Provide technical authority on compliance and risk: Serve as a key decision-maker in Go/No-Go, portfolio, and closeout reviews, advising on audit readiness, equipment disposition, and high-level compliance risks
• Drive donor and partner compliance standards: Guide Country Offices and partners on donor regulations, oversee due diligence and sub-awards, and maintain up-to-date donor compliance and partnership modalities
• Oversee performance, audits, and KPIs: Monitor global Awards Management KPIs/MIs, ensure audit readiness and policy adherence, and surface critical issues and lessons learned to Senior Management
• Lead systems and data management for awards: Manage NetSuite Awards/Partnership workflows, trackers, and dashboards, ensuring accurate, real-time visibility on awards, modifications, and partnerships
• Strengthen partnerships and localization efforts: Collaborate on donor localization strategies, support partner selection and monitoring, and champion best practices in partnership management and funding oversight
• Build global capacity and provide leadership: Design and deliver capacity-building initiatives, coach CO Awards Leads and SMTs, develop global AM/partnership manuals, and act as deputy to the Global Awards Management Director
• Ensure high-quality reporting and documentation: Maintain organized filing systems, and when requested, review, edit, and submit donor reports and key communications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance

Global Awards and Donor Compliance Manager

Insurance

• Coordinate global assurance, audit, and compliance activities across countries, teams, and external auditors.
• Plan, track, and monitor audit assignments, schedules, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
• Manage assurance data by collecting, analysing, and maintaining standardized documentation and centralized audit repositories.
• Prepare dashboards, summaries, and reports for leadership and governance bodies.
• Support internal controls reviews, compliance monitoring, and execution of control testing activities.
• Contribute to risk assessments, process improvements, and enhancement of assurance tools and systems.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve efficiency, accountability, and audit process effectiveness across the organization.

Global Assurance Coordinator

Supply Chain

• Lead testing, configuration, piloting, and integration of NetSuite Supply Chain modules, including Procure-to-Pay, inventory, and assets.
• Lead on the pilot of the IMC PIMS inventory system, and support its scaling based on a successful pilot
• Produce and maintain system documentation, training materials, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage data collection, cleansing, migration, and ongoing system level data (users, warehouses, suppliers, products, workflows).
• Roll out Supply Chain systems across all RI countries, including training, configuration, golives, and post implementation support.
• Coordinate stakeholders to align expectations, manage risks, and ensure systems drive organizational efficiency.
• Oversee and deliver 1st–3rd line support structures for RI Supply Chain and Operations systems and act as focal point for external support partners.
• Lead scaling, integration, rollout and support of a 3rd-party medical inventory management system alongside NetSuite deployment.
• Strengthen processes by reviewing local and global supply chain practices, and support with revising Supply Chain and Operations policies and process, including embedding cross functional ways of working.

Supply Chain Systems Specialist

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Provides global financial planning leadership to strengthen Relief International’s budgeting quality, financial sustainability, and strategic decision-making.
• Leads the design, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of proposal budgets, country master budgets, cost allocation methodologies, and funding projections across Relief International’s country operations.
• Ensures financial planning supports informed decision-making, donor confidence, and organizational sustainability, while strengthening financial systems and practices across HQ and country teams.
• Works with a high degree of autonomy, providing expert financial analysis and guidance across multiple countries, donors, and funding models.
• Leads the development and application of standardized budgeting and financial planning tools.
• Works closely with senior finance, grants, and program stakeholders.
• Exercises professional judgment in complex, high-risk, and fast-changing operational contexts to identify financial risks, funding gaps, and strategic opportunities.
• Accountable for the integrity, consistency, and reliability of financial planning outputs across multiple countries, donors, and funding modalities.
• Provides authoritative financial guidance on complex, high-value, and high-risk proposal budgets and budget modifications.
• Collaborates with Program Development, Grants, and Finance teams to develop high-quality cost proposals aligned with project objectives and RI financial strategy.
• Acts as a focal point between HQ Finance, Program Development, Grants, and Country Offices on budgeting and financial planning matters.
