Salary
💰 £27,500 - £35,000 per year
About the role
- Own a portfolio of customers, responsible for new customers and renewals, leading smaller implementations and supporting Seniors/Leads on larger implementations
- Gather and document customer requirements, producing detailed designs addressing specific customer needs while adhering to best practices
- Design technical solutions ensuring feasibility within company technology
- Configure OneHub to meet customer requirements
- Guide customers through Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) phase, ensuring communication and facilitating testing process
- Self-organise and manage work schedule and future utilisation planning
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure streamlined communications and successful outcomes
- Proactively mitigate risks within project portfolio, working closely with the Manager to solve issues
- Ensure project collateral and tracking measures are accurate at all times
- Achieve high quality outcomes for customers measured against defects raised, timeliness and NPS
Requirements
- Interest in technology (current role, self-study, education)
- Ideally ability to programme in one language (C# / SQL knowledge would be preferred)
- Some exposure or knowledge of Project Management
- Managing multiple tasks across multiple stakeholders, managing risks and issues, prioritising workload
- Logical & critical thinker, ability to systematically work through problems
- Detail orientated, quality driven and a meticulous planner
- Effective communicator, comfortable communicating complex, often technical, points to varied audiences
- Ability to skilfully navigate difficult conversations with fairness and empathy

- Must be based in the UK or Ireland
