With the continued success of our new business team we are looking to hire multiple Business Development Representatives in the UK.
You'll partner with one of our seasoned Account Executives or Directors, selling the Benifex OneHub product suite to customers across mid market and enterprise.
Creating new business opportunities with and finding ways to bring value to HR, Benefits and Rewards Leaders.
This role is predominantly focused on outbound new business.
Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings for your Account Executive/Director
Identify opportunities through inbound and outbound activity across multiple channels.
Requirements
Proven experience in new business sales: prospecting, outbound calling, multi-channel approach and lead generation
Experience selling complex or enterprise SaaS solutions
Excellent communication skills
Consultative approach
Excellent time management skills
Driven and motivated
Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM)
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
