Operations

• Act as the subject matter expert on all things total rewards—delivering and supporting the design of compensation, benefits, and retirement offerings
• Assess total rewards offerings and make recommendations for changes and enhancements to ensure that programs remain competitive to market.
• Lead the coordination of specialized total rewards programs (e.g., open enrollment, options refreshers, annual compensation cycles, and international mobility needs).
• Manage employee mobility cases end-to-end, applying policy consistently while balancing positive experiences for all stakeholders
• Ensure work eligibility compliance across all operating geographies (e.g., SIN Tracking, I-9 Verification, right-to-work checks)
• Work closely with vendors and carriers to resolve complex escalations and ensure timely and accurate payments and data submission.
• Partner with relevant stakeholders to maintain compliance with audit standards and legislation; complete and submit required filings
• Act as a cross-functional project member to support execution of various HR programs and initiatives.
• Support—and sometimes lead—the design, development, and execution of various HR policies and processes.
• Mentor and provide guidance to HR team members on operational processes and project work.

Senior Total Rewards – Operations Specialist

Analyst

• Define the data analytics strategy for BenchSci, overseeing the development and execution of core projects, and establishing governance for documentation and code changes.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of all analytical tools, ensuring our data stack is robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
• Propose and lead strategic analytical initiatives, defining key results that directly address core business challenges and contribute to company objectives.
• Establish and evangelize analysis methodologies, reporting standards, and data visualization best practices across the organization.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate high-level business questions into detailed measurement plans, KPIs, and actionable outputs.
• Oversee complex analytical tasks, including data modeling in dbt, event creation in Heap, code reviews in GitHub, data source management, and quality assurance.
• Lead the hiring and professional development of the data analyst team, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and guidance on project execution and skill development.
• Present and articulate complex insights and recommendations to executive leadership and diverse audiences with clarity and conviction.

Product Manager

• Develop strategy and roadmap for your team, including, but not limited to, influencing our programmatic access offerings including API and/or MCP end points for scientific data access.
• Translate business objectives into user, API/MCP, technical, and data requirements and related resources

Machine Learning Engineer

• Continuously improve the performance and scalability of ML models that are at the core of BenchSci’s products
• Build and deploy models from inception to live in production pipelines
• Work with BenchSci's Product Managers and Scientists to correctly capture the nuances of biology
• Lead or consult the authoring of engineering design proposals following the unified Platform Stream roadmap at BenchSci
