• Position BenchSci as the essential AI platform for scientific discovery
• Accountable for marketing’s contribution to lead generation and pipeline
• Design, deploy, and operate a workforce of AI agents across various marketing aspects
• Set the annual marketing strategy and budget
• Build autonomous loops that surface competitive landscapes and industry signals
• Be the human layer above every agent workflow ensuring brand voice and scientific accuracy
• Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Science teams
