About the role
- Drive growth and adoption of Benchmark Gensuite’s Safety and High-Risk Operations solutions
- Partner with Strategic Solutions and Growth cross-functional teams to drive pipeline development and bookings of target solutions and offerings
- Act as a subject matter expert to shape product direction and roadmap, align solutions with market needs, and represent our offerings to customers and the broader EHS community virtually and at in-person industry events
- Lead development of differentiated growth enablement assets (digital and collateral) for target solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, safety, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in EHS, safety, or high-risk operations, consulting or software
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk management, and EHS best practices
- Experience translating customer needs into product requirements
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Customer-facing experience with ability to influence and build relationships
