About the role
- Own end-to-end execution for assigned EHS/ESG applications, from roadmap planning through release.
- Translate product and suite-level strategy into clear requirements, delivery plans, and milestones.
- Lead Priority Development Initiatives (PDIs) from definition through execution.
- Maintain and manage product backlogs and detailed application roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Implementation, Solutions Advisors, and Subscriber Success.
- Facilitate sprint planning, specification development, mockups, and milestone tracking.
- Ensure alignment and accountability throughout development, QA, and release cycles.
- Lead functionality reviews and ensure accurate, complete product documentation is created and maintained.
- Lead EQA activities for assigned applications, ensuring functionality meets defined requirements and quality standards prior to release.
- Own internal product communications and product upgrade announcements.
- Apply AI-first and configurable-by-default principles during product planning and execution.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support AI-enabled product capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, technology, or related discipline)
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role within enterprise SaaS environments
- Demonstrated ability to independently execute complex product initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment
