About the role

  • Work on OSGT implementation and consulting projects.
  • Gather requirements and analyze alignment between the client's processes and the solution's functionality.
  • Configure and parameterize OSGT modules, including import, export and foreign-exchange processes.
  • Assist clients in using features related to the Brazilian Single Trade Portal (Portal Único), including DUIMP and LPCO.
  • Conduct functional testing, integration testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Prepare functional documentation for implemented solutions.
  • Support OSGT integration with ERP systems and legacy systems.
  • Provide consultative support to clients, ensuring correct use of the solution.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with OSGT (OneSource Global Trade).
  • Knowledge of Brazilian foreign trade processes (import and export).
  • Experience with the Siscomex/Portal Único, including DUIMP and LPCO.
  • Experience implementing the OSGT application.
  • Experience with DUIMP implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of systems integration and data analysis.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and conducting functional workshops.
  • Knowledge of system integrations (APIs, file exchanges or middleware).
  • Experience with ERPs integrated with OSGT.
  • Knowledge of special regimes or complex customs operations.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good client communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving.
  • Organized and autonomous in task execution.
