• Develop, maintain, and enhance integrations between OSGT and legacy systems/ERPs.
• Gather and analyze technical and functional requirements.
• Monitor interfaces and perform troubleshooting of production incidents.
• Investigate integration failures, logs, queues, files, and data inconsistencies.
• Work with integrations via APIs, web services, messaging, file-based transfers, and databases.
• Perform debugging and technical analysis in PL/SQL and Oracle databases when required.
• Support integrated testing, user acceptance, and production deployments.
• Document workflows, business rules, mappings, and technical specifications.
• Interact with business areas related to foreign trade, tax/compliance, and technology.
• Propose improvements to performance, stability, and governance of integrations.
