About the role

  • Manage full HR administration routines (payroll, benefits, vacation, leaves of absence, hiring and termination), ensuring quality and compliance;
  • Lead and propose improvements to compensation policies and job structure;
  • Develop, analyze, and interpret HR metrics to support decision-making;
  • Drive internal communication, engagement, and development initiatives;
  • Act as a partner to business areas, advising managers on people management topics;
  • Support and guide recruitment and selection processes;
  • Validate and critically review payroll, identifying inconsistencies and risks;
  • Serve as a technical reference for complex questions from employees and leadership;
  • Review and optimize timekeeping controls and HR administration routines;
  • Propose continuous improvements to processes, policies, and practices in the area;
  • Interface with vendors and support decisions related to the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields);
  • Strong experience in HR administration routines and payroll;
  • Advanced Excel (data analysis focus);
  • Experience with HR metrics;
  • Knowledge of labor legislation.
