About the role
- Provide an outstanding customer experience and show a professional image.
- Answer calls and inform customers about our products and services.
- Greet customers at the service center.
- Accompany clients according to there needs.
- Complete billing
- Support technicians during the installation of TAG systems and for repairs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction at every steps
- Ensure the cleanliness of the work environment – health and well-being of our employees is important to us!
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales and/or customer service is a definite asset
- Hold a valid drivers’ license
- Bilingualism, an asset
- Be ready to commute from one service center to another within a radius of 20km
