Requirements
- 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, consulting, customer-facing roles, or anything that required you to earn trust quickly and move people to action.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written), as you will be working directly with homeowners across the United States.
- Strong verbal and written communication. You can take a thirty-minute conversation with a nervous homeowner and make them feel like they just found their solution.
- Comfort with data and digital tools. Salesforce, CRMs, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows are part of how you work, not things you avoid.
- Track record of setting goals and caring about whether you hit them.
- Genuine interest in real estate, tech-enabled services, or the intersection of both.
