AI Engineer

• Build AI-powered applications and workflows that automate and enhance real-world business operations, including evaluation and safety mechanisms.
• Rapidly prototype AI-driven solutions, validate them in real scenarios, and evolve them into production-ready systems.
• Integrate AI capabilities into backend services, internal tools, and external platforms through well-designed APIs and services.
• Own AI-driven initiatives end to end, from early experimentation to production deployment, proactively leveraging AI code generation tools to confidently contribute across the backend and frontend stack when needed.
• Work closely with product, operations, customer support and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver meaningful impact.
• Continuously explore and apply emerging industry tools and best practices in applied AI.

Customer Support

• Support residents and homeowners through inquiries, requests, and issues with empathy and clarity
• Own cases end to end, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Home Quality, Move-Ins, Engineering, and other teams
• Use Foundation and internal tools to manage, track, and document cases
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high service standards
• Communicate proactively, setting clear expectations and timelines
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
• Represent Belong’s values in every interaction, with a strong Member-Obsessed mindset

Accounting Manager

• Maintain clean, accurate financial records that enable leadership to make confident decisions.
• Monitor financial performance and help ensure discipline as the business scales.
• Help ensure our financial operations are reliable, compliant, and future-ready.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation that strengthen how the Finance team operates.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Perform monthly balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly close and financial statements.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of records.
• Support financial reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit execution.
• Track performance against budgets.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and risks.
• Support financial planning discussions.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and other teams.
• Build strong working relationships across departments.
• Support automation and process optimization initiatives.
• Contribute to a high-trust, high-accountability finance culture.
