About the role
- Lead a team in building significant Enterprise systems
- Serve as the primary technical contact with the business
- Provide technical and relational leadership to software engineers
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business stakeholders
- Design, build, scale, and enhance Software Products, Apps, and Platforms based on Client Needs
- Communicate technical topics clearly to Clients
- Define, refine, and document Best Practices for team performance
- Technical leadership of a development team of up to 7 Bellwood developers
- Attend quarterly planning meetings and company retreats
Requirements
- Has 7+ years of full-stack software development experience
- Deep experience with C#/.NET and Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Cloud Architecture
- Familiarity with React is a plus
- Helpful skills: Kubernetes, Docker and GitHub Actions
- Skilled at building web-based software or mobile apps
- Excellent at building software with different sets of tools and in different client environments
- Willingness to travel to attend two key company-wide events annually.
