About the role
- Perform technical tasks related to inventory control, system installations, user account creation, and physical maintenance of equipment;
- Monitor and forward tickets from the area to the appropriate Level II support personnel;
- Resolve Level I support tickets;
- Monitor network assets and cloud services;
- Record IT infrastructure vendor invoices for payment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, IT Management, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office suite;
- Familiarity with cloud tools and services;
- Previous experience in a similar role.
