About the role

  • Perform technical tasks related to inventory control, system installations, user account creation, and physical maintenance of equipment;
  • Monitor and forward tickets from the area to the appropriate Level II support personnel;
  • Resolve Level I support tickets;
  • Monitor network assets and cloud services;
  • Record IT infrastructure vendor invoices for payment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, IT Management, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office suite;
  • Familiarity with cloud tools and services;
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
