Analyst

• Monthly Close: Execute the monthly closing process and prepare accounting and management trial balances.
• ERP Routines: Perform hands-on tasks in the Datasul (TOTVS) system, including module integrations and revenue verification.
• Account Analysis: Perform reconciliations and detailed analyses of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Cost Accounting: Process, calculate and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), explaining any variances.
• Direct Taxes: Calculate Corporate Income Tax (IRPJ) and Social Contribution on Net Profit (CSLL) under the Real Profit regime (annual and quarterly).
• Indirect Taxes: Reconcile calculations for ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS and COFINS.
• Financial Statements: Prepare the Balance Sheet (BP), Income Statement (DRE), Cash Flow Statement (DFC), Statement of Changes in Equity (DMPL) and notes to the financial statements.
• Statutory Filings: Prepare ECD, ECF and IBGE filings.
• Fixed Assets: Perform and supervise asset control, depreciation and asset inventories.
• Audit: Prepare supporting documentation and provide direct support to external auditors.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in internal workflows and propose automations or process revisions.
• Management Support: Produce management reports, KPIs and supporting reports for coordination and management.

• Work closely with the media team to ensure delivery and alignment of key visuals (KVs) and campaign assets.

• Monitor the digital media plan for campaigns across:
• Instagram (feed posts and dark posts)
• TikTok
• Meta Ads
• Google
• Process management and tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams on the receipt of products for content production.
• Track internal and external schedules with agencies and partners.
• Ensure organized workflows and on-time delivery of assets.
• Results and budget management
• Support campaign budget control.
• Prepare monthly department reports consolidating results and learnings.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand positioning and digital relevance.
