Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own operations and finance end-to-end — systems, numbers, people, outcomes.
• Build complete financial systems — including P&Ls, cashflow forecasting, clean bookkeeping workflows.
• Build the day-to-day operational systems that keep the company running smoothly.
• Own all payment processing & risk — reduce chargebacks, manage VAMP, secure new processors.
• Work with the Head of CX to build visibility and systems across Customer Success.
• Hold the team, contractors, and agencies accountable through clear KPIs, structure, and operational discipline.
• Own fulfillment & inventory end-to-end — forecasting, ordering, supplier management, freight.
• Execute other high-level initiatives with speed and precision.
