About the role
- Prospect, pitch, and close a high volume of influencer marketing deals
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, talent managers, and brand partners
- Negotiate deal terms to maximize ROI and ensure campaign success
- Track performance metrics and optimize sales strategies
- Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging influencer talent
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and converting leads
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms
- Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
- Discretion, professionalism, and a sensitive approach to all communications
- Ability to work augmented hours if post deployment requires (e.g. posts may be required at 6pm ET)
