About the role

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of existing clients
  • Identify new opportunities (upsell, cross-sell) by gaining a deep understanding of each client's challenges and objectives
  • Lead contract renewals and negotiate commercial terms to maximize value and customer retention
  • Act as the primary point of contact to resolve inquiries and incidents efficiently
  • Develop and manage account plans to ensure client satisfaction, loyalty, and account growth
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (churn, MRR, NPS, expansion) and produce regular reports for management

Requirements

  • Senior profile with 5 years of experience as an Account Manager
  • Experience ideally within the Human Resources (HR) sector
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for external client engagement with diverse stakeholders (C-level, operational and technical teams)
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills; able to translate client needs into profitable growth opportunities
  • Results-oriented, comfortable working toward ambitious retention and expansion targets
  • Strong team spirit, adaptability, and proactivity in a fast-changing environment
