• Safely, legally, and efficiently operate each flight assignment
• Conduct pre-flight, cockpit, and post-flight checklists and inspections per company policies
• Ensure all aspects of flight planning are completed in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures, including: Weather and routing, Aircraft performance, Airworthiness status, Facilities and security requirements, Passenger and customer requests
• Load/unload passenger baggage as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Support operational performance objectives tied to fleet utilization and productivity
• Partner with internal teams to drive reliability and reduce downtime
• Maintain a proactive, ownership-driven approach to aircraft readiness and mission success
