About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations of the fleet
- Support the DOM with assigned tasks
- Monitor aircraft status in real-time, ensuring all maintenance activities comply with regulatory standards and company procedures
- Collaborate with operations to optimize aircraft availability and minimize disruptions
- Analyze maintenance data to forecast potential issues and implement preventative measures
- Communicate with the FAA as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification required
- Previous experience in aviation maintenance control and as a mechanic
- Strong understanding of FAA regulations, maintenance manuals, and aircraft systems
- Proficiency in maintenance software and diagnostic tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as operational needs dictate
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
- Must reside in and be eligible to work in the United States
