• Source and identify qualified candidates through social media, job boards and other recruiting platforms.
• Post and maintain job openings on JazzHR.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screenings.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers regarding staffing needs and candidate status.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems.
• Support additional HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
