About the role
- Manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines, ensuring clear communication of progress to executive stakeholders and effective resource allocation.
- Leverage AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling to generate actionable insights across key sales performance indicators, operational metrics, and revenue streams.
- Translate complex business questions into intuitive dashboards, automated reports, and executive-ready insights using advanced data visualization and AI-enabled tools.
- Lead structured funnel reviews to analyze pipeline health, stage conversion, velocity, and risk indicators, driving proactive revenue interventions.
- Conduct comprehensive closed opportunity reviews (win/loss analysis) to identify competitive trends, pricing effectiveness, sales behavior patterns, and coaching opportunities.
- Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes, incorporating AI-based forecasting models to improve revenue predictability and scenario planning accuracy.
- Analyze seller productivity, quota attainment, and pipeline conversion using machine learning insights to optimize territory design and resource allocation.
- Drive CRM (Salesforce) optimization and automation initiatives, improving data integrity, workflow efficiency, and AI-powered pipeline scoring.
- Automate recurring reporting and implement scalable analytics frameworks that reduce manual effort and enhance real-time decision support.
- Perform advanced ad hoc analytics including scenario modeling, capacity planning, and revenue sensitivity analysis across multiple geographies and business units.
- Build customer, product, and market segmentation models leveraging AI clustering techniques to inform go-to-market and investment prioritization.
- Identify process bottlenecks through data mining and pattern recognition, recommending automation and workflow improvements to enhance sales productivity.
- Deliver executive-level storytelling that combines AI insights, funnel diagnostics, and closed deal learnings to drive strategic growth decisions and continuous performance improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Business (administration, economics, finance, or Marketing) preferred.
- Experience of working within a medium to large sized international organization.
- Experience of successfully operating in a matrix environment.
- Experience and competent with C-Suite interaction
- Experience of working with cross functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development and Finance.
- Demonstrable knowledge of a variety of Sales processes including funnel management, account planning, proposition development, and negotiation.
- Working experience of MEDDIC Methodology and Sales Process advantageous.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to perform the duties of the role.
- Computer literacy essential
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com and Tableau required.
- Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills.
- English fluency to business standard essential.
