About the role
- Ensure full compliance with Mexican Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, and STPS regulations
- Lead payroll processes, labor relations, and employee services
- Oversee Safety & Hygiene programs aligned with NOM standards
- Drive recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives
- Partner with operations to support business objectives and workforce planning
- Manage audits, legal processes, and government inspections
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or maquiladora environment
- Strong knowledge of LFT, IMSS, STPS, payroll, and labor relations
- Fully bilingual (English–Spanish) is mandatory
