About the role

  • Source and attract candidates using job boards, job fairs, social media, staffing partnerships, and referrals
  • Screen and interview potential candidates based on BELAY's qualifications, advancing only high-caliber candidates
  • Manage the recruiting process to meet or exceed company metrics for interviews, skills assessments, and post-assessment interviews
  • Oversee contractors during their onboarding and placement processes and promote BELAY culture
  • Recommend top contractor choices to Client Success Consultants or the BELAY Financial Team
  • Maintain and audit the contractor roster; manage contract terminations as needed
  • Provide feedback and recommendations regarding candidate trends, market insight, contract extensions, placements, and terminations
  • Liaise with Talent Ops Coordinator to optimize application forms, assessments, requirements, and qualifications
  • Track weekly and monthly metrics, attend scheduled meetings, and effectively use corporate systems (Salesforce, ATS, scheduling tools)
  • Serve as backup for Talent team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed

Requirements

  • MUST RESIDE WITHIN A 50 MILE RADIUS OF ATLANTA, GA
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping preferred
  • Experience in hiring, recruitment, placement, or building talent pipelines is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and confident in making decisions independently
  • Motivated and trustworthy self-starter with strong communication and technological skills
  • Flexible, creative, well-organized, able to work independently and on a team
  • Ability to attend scheduled team, company, and 1:1 meetings, including video calls and in-person sessions
  • Proficiency with corporate systems (e.g., Salesforce, ATS, scheduling tools)
  • Ability to track weekly and monthly metrics and meet recruiting/assessment targets
