About the role

  • Build and lead the commercial and customer relationship strategy for national clients
  • Define and implement the annual pricing strategy and customer strategy
  • Proactively contribute to the development of commercial policy
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for key retail partners
  • Oversee foodservice (RHF) channels
  • Expand the presence of Bel Foodservice brands across Institutional and Commercial/Impulse channels
  • Supervise/manage national accounts for foodservice distribution and end-user segments
  • Negotiate national agreements (commercial terms, assortments, promotional plans)
  • Set qualitative and quantitative commercial targets
  • Participate in steering and business decisions within the foodservice steering committee and be accountable for overall performance

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience managing national accounts or in commercial leadership within the foodservice/OOH sector, ideally in FMCG
  • Ability to understand a heterogeneous and rapidly changing OOH business environment
  • Strong leadership and ability to unite direct and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and manage complex projects
  • Professional-level English required
