You will participate in managing logistics operations outsourced to an external service provider
You will monitor the smooth operation of the supply chain: goods receipt and stock integration, order picking and customer deliveries
You will act as the liaison between Bel and the logistics service provider
Manage the downstream delivery flow from our warehouses to the customer
Handle delivery incidents, redeliveries, returns and pickups
Manage and resolve customer disputes and credit notes
Track customer orders and deliveries
Oversee activity with the service provider: transport pre-invoicing, invoice verification and validation, monitoring KPIs
You will also be responsible for continuous improvement projects

Requirements

You are a student on a gap year or in your final year of studies, specializing in Supply Chain / Logistics / Purchasing
You have prior experience in Supply Chain
You are rigorous and conscientious
You enjoy working as part of a team
You have an aptitude for numbers and data tracking
You are proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
You have an internship agreement (convention de stage)
