About the role
- You will join the HR functional teams and report to the HR Partner responsible for the Legal, Risk, Quality/Environment, Regulation and Communications/Public Relations functions.
- You will be involved in the following areas: operational HR management — supporting and administering various HR operational processes such as recruitment, international mobility and employee satisfaction surveys.
- Support employees and managers on a range of HR-related topics.
- Contribute to various cross-functional initiatives according to team and group priorities.
- Support HR development initiatives.
- Support the execution of talent management processes (performance management, growth conversations, etc.).
- Support business teams in defining their development plans.
- Coordinate the learning and development plan, including monitoring and follow-up.
- Participate in cross-functional projects based on team and group needs, such as implementing a competency framework.
Requirements
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (4–5 years of higher education) in Human Resources (business school, CIFFOP, university, etc.).
- You have already gained initial successful professional experience and are eager to take on an operational HR role.
- You are rigorous, well organized and possess strong analytical skills.
- You are curious, proactive and recognized for your ability to ask questions and seek out information.
- You demonstrate a strong service orientation, good communication skills and adaptability with different stakeholders.
- You are proficient with IT tools, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are comfortable working in an international environment and have a good level of English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
