About the role

  • You will join the HR functional teams and report to the HR Partner responsible for the Legal, Risk, Quality/Environment, Regulation and Communications/Public Relations functions.
  • You will be involved in the following areas: operational HR management — supporting and administering various HR operational processes such as recruitment, international mobility and employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Support employees and managers on a range of HR-related topics.
  • Contribute to various cross-functional initiatives according to team and group priorities.
  • Support HR development initiatives.
  • Support the execution of talent management processes (performance management, growth conversations, etc.).
  • Support business teams in defining their development plans.
  • Coordinate the learning and development plan, including monitoring and follow-up.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects based on team and group needs, such as implementing a competency framework.

Requirements

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (4–5 years of higher education) in Human Resources (business school, CIFFOP, university, etc.).
  • You have already gained initial successful professional experience and are eager to take on an operational HR role.
  • You are rigorous, well organized and possess strong analytical skills.
  • You are curious, proactive and recognized for your ability to ask questions and seek out information.
  • You demonstrate a strong service orientation, good communication skills and adaptability with different stakeholders.
  • You are proficient with IT tools, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You are comfortable working in an international environment and have a good level of English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
