About the role

  • Support project leaders by collecting and analyzing business experts’ input on the target governance and processes, and refine recommendations
  • Conduct additional interviews with business experts to fill information gaps
  • Conduct and consolidate project-stream impact analysis by affected groups and contribute to creating the appropriate deployment plan
  • Orchestrate the deployment plan based on the timeline defined in the deployment plan framing
  • Summarize inputs, support tools assessment, and assist in drafting requests for proposals (RFPs)

Requirements

  • Degree in Project Management (Engineering, Business, or similar)
  • Initial professional experience required (at least an internship or apprenticeship)
  • Previous experience in an FMCG company is a plus
  • Knowledge of project management and process management
  • Ability to lead a project, develop a roadmap, and maintain project momentum
  • Ability to create high-quality content to support an engaging deployment plan
  • Fluent in French and English
